Securi-T selects its guarding and security personnel carefully with skilled interviewers, who also provide initial training for new staff. They spend many hours with all new security officers, getting to know them... to see how quickly they learn... how they communicate... and to observe their attitude. Some donít make it. While training progresses, reference checks are made and a criminal index is cross referenced. Special training, medical examinations and drug tests are all scheduled as necessary.
